The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) advises customers in parts of Arima, served by the Guanapo Water Treatment Plant, who are currently without a pipe borne water supply, that this is due to a ruptured 16 inch transmission pipeline at the facility. Emergency repair works currently underway, are expected to be completed by 6:00 a.m. on Monday 4th May, 2020.

The areas affected include:

• The Borough of Arima (North of Broadway)
• Calvary Hill
• Pinto Road
• Bypass Road
• Maturita
• Demerara Road
• Guanapo Road
• La Retreate Road
