68 people were held in an illegal gambling den San Juan at around 11pm on Monday night for breaching regulations of the COVID-19 Public Health Ordinance. 

The officers received information that a group of persons had gathered for an illegal party and gambling, which led to the arrest at a property upstairs a building which houses a Royal Castle outlet. 

The officers found 61 men and seven women gathered gambling on the premises.
