A 43-year-old Princes Town man who was charged with one count of sexual touching on Wednesday, was granted bail in the sum of f $75,000 when he appeared before the Princes Town Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, on the condition he stay at least 300 metres away from the victim. 

 

The seven-year-old female victim reported to the Child Protection Unit (CPU) Southern Division she was allegedly assaulted by the suspect.

 

Investigations were spearheaded by Ag W/Supt George, Ag ASP Sookdeo, supervised by Ag W/Insp Francis and conducted by WPC Quashie-Gay.

 

The matter was postponed to August 6th, 2020.
