A 36-year-old Arima woman has been reprimanded and discharged after she was found selling alcohol without a license after regulated times from a mini-mart at around 8 pm on Thursday in the Orange Flats community. 

Police officers on mobile patrol observed a group loitering outside the minimart and told them to disperse, to which they complied.

The officers informed the shopkeeper that she was in breach of the law as her business was required to close at 6.00 pm. 

They also informed her that she was suspected of selling alcohol without the required license.

They then entered and searched the premises seizing a quantity of alcohol.
