US President Donald Trump has officially been impeached for a second time.

Wednesday’s motion to impeach the President was passed in the Democrat controlled House moments ago, making Trump the first US President to be impeached twice.

The article now goes to the Republican controlled Senate where it needs a two-thirds majority to convict.

At least seven Republican GOPs have already voiced their intent to support the motion.

Trump was impeached for inciting last Wednesday’s deadly insurrection at the US Capitol.
