CAL Passengers Accommodated On Tobago Ferry Amid Disruption In Flights

By Newsroom

An additional ferry service will depart from the Scarborough Port in Tobago for Trinidad this afternoon, in order to accommodate Caribbean Airlines passengers currently stranded on the island amid a disruption on the domestic airbridge.

This was confirmed in a statement from Caribbean Airlines this afternoon.

The flight is expected to depart at 5pm, and CAL says customers with confirmed tickets are eligible to use their tickets for the sailing.

“The ferry has a passenger capacity of 400 persons, therefore accomodation will be on a first-come first-served basis,” CAL said.

CAL flights were disrupted on Sunday due to “cockpit crew constraints” the Airline indicated in an earlier statement.
