Damaged Cables Kayo TSTT Roaming

The international roaming service for TSTT customers has been interrupted  as  “a direct result of damage sustained to cables belonging to one of  the company’s  international providers.”

During this time, customers will experience challenges whilst roaming or trying to reach someone who is roaming. Both voice and data are affected. 

Repairs are underway and service is expected to be restored within 24 to 48 hours. TSTT will continue to work closely with its international partner as full-service restoration is top priority. 

TSTT apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thanks customers for their patience as repairs progress.
