The former richest man in the world, Elon Musk, has been dethroned as Chief Twit by himself.

Musk, ran a poll on the social media platform that he recently acquired on whether or not he should step down from his position as CEO. A total of 57.5% voted yes after he asked his 122 million followers.

Before the poll was made public, Musk said he would abide by whatever the consensus. The magnate who runs Tesla and Space X recently purchased Twitter for USD $44bn. He has not officially responded to the poll yet which saw 17.5 million users vote.
