The Water and Sewerage Authority has advised that customers served by the Valsayn Highlift Station who are currently experiencing low water pressures or in some instances no water supply, that this is due to mechanical problems affecting one of the pumps at the Plant.

This has resulted in reduced production capacity from the facility. Emergency repairs are underway with completion expected by Friday 18th November 2022. The affected areas include elevated areas north of the Eastern Main Road from St. Joseph to Tunapuna, inclusive of Curepe and St. Augustine.

A limited truck-borne service will be available upon request.
