We @ the Artists’ Coalition of Trinidad & Tobago (ACTT) will be staging the 3rd annual instalment of the significant national exhibition- ‘PANTHEON: The Exhibition on the King & Queen Costume Tradition of Trinidad & Tobago’. It runs from Sun 12th – Sun 19th March 2023 @ Mille Fleurs, one of the Magnificent 7 around the Queen’s Park Savannah. Open 9am-6pm every day. Bring yourself, family, & schools.
Held under the auspices of the Mayor & City of Port of Spain, this year PANTHEON will feature a number of new types of interactive installations, including:
– an exhibition of miniatures of past genius King & Queen Costumes,
– displays of past Red Cross Kiddies Carnival miniature costume competition winners.
– a groundbreaking immersive darkroom display of life-size projected past King & Queen costumes.
– a multi-media Oral History bank where visitors can listen to & watch exclusive biographic interviews with departed genius practitioners.
– Exciting new info panels will feature Peter Minshall, K2K, backstage of the King & Queen’s, etc
