The Ministry of National Security has announced that 50 members of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force will go to St. Vincent and the Grenadines via the Galleon’s Passage on Tuesday, in order to render assistance in wake of volcanic activity at La Soufriere. 

The group will leave on Tuesday, and the exercise will also facilitate the return of T&T nationals who are currently in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
