Four Suspects Arrested Following Gun Attack In Tobago

A joint police and army patrol in Mason Hall, Tobago last night, led to four men being arrested in connection to a shooting incident in the area.

According to a police report, the officers were in the vicinity of Belmont Road at around 10:20 p.m. on Friday, when they heard explosions. Upon further investigation, they identified a home in the area which appeared to have been shot at. A motor vehicle which was parked outside the house also had bullet marks.

The officers conducted a search of the area and recovered one Taurus revolver, five rounds of live ammunition and eight spent shells.

The four suspects, ages 29 to 45, were arrested shortly after.
