The Ministry of Health has issued a statement correcting an error in information shared at Monday’s Covid-19 media briefing, confirming that  of the six cases of the Covid-19 Delta variant recorded in T&T, four were unvaccinated and two were considered fully vaccinated.

The statistical error was made by Principal Medical Officer Dr. Maryam Abdool-Richards.
