Have you seen 16-year-old, CHELSEA JOSEPH?

Joseph of Powder Magazine, Cocorite, was last seen yesterday, Monday 28th August 2023. She was reported missing to the St. James Police Station the same day.

She is of African descent, brown in complexion, and approximately five feet tall, with a braided hairstyle.
