The TTPS is asking for the public’s help to find two people. The first person is 47-year-old, JAMES PHILLIP NG SAYE of Green Valley, St. Raphael. He was last seen on Thursday 11th May 2023 and was reported missing to the St. Joseph Police Station on Tuesday 6th June, 2023.

JAMES is of mixed descent, approximately five feet, nine inches tall, with a barbed wire tattoo on his lower left leg above the ankle. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, a pair of long blue jeans, and a pair of tan-coloured shoes.

The other missing person is 23-year-old, OUSHINDA PAUL of Freedom Street, Trainline Pinto Road, Arima. She was last seen at 2 pm on Tuesday 13th June 2023 and was reported missing to the Pinto Police Post yesterday, Thursday 15th June, 2023.

Paul is of African descent with a brown complexion, and natural hair. She was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, a short black skirt, and a pair of black and purple slippers.
