Have you seen 15-year-old KERSHEL PHILLIP of Bloody Bay, Tobago. She was last seen around 4:10 pm on August 1st, 2024 and was reported missing to the Shirvan Road Police Station, around 11:21 pm on that same date.

She is of African descent, five feet, four inches tall, and light brown in complexion with shoulder-length black hair. She was last seen wearing a blue and white vest, black leggings and a pair of blue and white Jordan sneakers.
