Have you seen 51-year-old, LUIS TOVAR? The TTPS needs your help to find him. Tovar of Sidney Street, Rio Claro, was last seen at 8 am on 28th April 2023 and was reported missing on 29th April, to the Rio Claro Police Station.

Tovar is of Spanish descent, five feet, seven inches tall, with a light brown complexion. He was last seen wearing blue t-shirt, and pair of 3⁄4 jeans with a pair of black slippers.
