Help find 36-year-old WARREN WHELAN of Fullerton Village, Cedros. According to the TTPS, he was last seen on October 30th, 2023, and reported missing to the Cedros Police Station on 31st, October, 2023.

He is of mixed descent, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, slim built, and brown in complexion with thick eyebrows, a pug nose and two gold front teeth. Warren was last seen wearing an orange-coloured coverall and a pair of black rubber boots.
