The Water and Sewerage Authority has advised that its main Contractor was mobilized, and is on-site, to begin excavation works as the investigation continues to determine the cause of the appearance of two (2) sinkholes, along Main Street, Beetham Gardens, Port of Spain.

According to the Authority a third event, a suspected breach of the Authority’s sewer line under the river bed in the area of CCC Boulevard is also being investigated.
