Acting Police Commissioner Mc Donald Jacob has condemned the recent killing of Special Reserve Police Officer Kyle Lashley in Tobago, saying the TTPS will utilize all available resources to find his killer.

Officer Lashley became Tobago’s 10th murder victim for the year when he was shot dead in Les Coteaux on Saturday night.

Jacob says at this time a contingent of officers from  the Inter-Agency Task Force and personnel from the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force are in the Tobago Division assisting officers there in the apprehension of the offenders in the shortest possible time.

“All resources of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and National Security will be brought to bear in the investigations into the killing of the young officer and the island will be scoured until the  perpetrators of the crime are brought to justice,” Jacob was quoted as saying according to a statement from the TTPS.
