Justice John To Speak On Probe Into Vindra Naipaul-Coolman Case File

By Newsroom

Retired Justice Stanley John will deliver a public statement tomorrow morning as lead investigator in the matter involving the once missing Vindra Naipaul-Coolman case file.

A media release from the Office of the Prime Minister on Friday morning said Justice John will speak on the expected outcomes of the investigation and provide a timeline for the submission of a report on the findings in the inquiry.

Earlier this week, the retired Justice confirmed that the case file linked to a malicious prosecution suit filed on behalf of the nine formerly murder accused, had reappeared, and was submitted to the Acting Solicitor General.

“At this time Justice John will not be in a position to field questions but will provide updates as the investigation progresses,” the government-issued statement read.

Justice John’s address will take place tomorrow morning at 10:35 and will be broadcast on State media.
