Police have launched a hunt for gunmen after two men were killed in La Romaine on Friday night.

The victims have been identified as 61-year-old Peter Brown and 26-year-old Kernel David Cuffy both of La Romaine.

According to reports, the pair was among a group of friends playing cards at a home when two men approached and opened fire. 

Both men succumbed to injuries from their wounds at the scene. 

Three other people have been taken to hospital where they are being treated.
