Emergency works are currently underway to repair a leak along a 16 inch diameter transmission pipeline along the Southern Main Road in La Brea.

WASA advises residents who are experiencing a disruption in their water supply that repairs are expected to be completed by 10 o clock tonight.

Affected areas include Point D’or,  Newlands, Cassava Alley, Belle view #2, Bassa Hill High Points, Parts of Chinese Village and Pierre Road inclusive of all side streets.

WASA advises a limited truck-borne water service will be available upon request.
