From tomorrow, March 19, the lights installed on recreation grounds across Trinidad will not come on at dusk as normal.

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) has taken this decision to assist the country in its efforts towards reducing the spread of Covid-19, by discouraging gatherings at public spaces. The decision will remain in effect until further notice and applies only to recreation grounds.
