Deron Augustine, a 24-year-old Palo Seco man was found hanging in a holding cell at the San Juan Police Station yesterday. According to reports he had been charged during police exercise and charged for driving under the influence. It was his second offence of the same nature.

He was found with his t-shirt around his neck. Investigations are ongoing.
