The body of 77-year-old Hugo Bruce was found near Point Radix, Ortoire Village, Mayaro, early this morning, one week after he went missing.

The news was confirmed by the Hunters Search and Rescue Team on Saturday morning.

The team, led by Captain Vallence Rambharat, Trinidad and Tobago Fire Services , Mayaro Police, the Anti Kidnapping Unit led by ASP Darryl Ramdass, relatives, friends and Mayaro residents were all involved in an all out effort to locate him.

Mr. Bruce had been missing Easter Saturday, from a beach house while on vacation.

No foul play is suspected in his death.
