Investigations are ongoing into a murder in Tobago. According to reports the victim has been identified as Emiro Baynes, who worked for the TT Ferry Service. This is the island’s fifth murder for the year.

Baynes was discovered in a white Honda vehicle with a bullet wound to the back of his head earlier today, September 22, at Belmont Farm Road, Mason Hall.
