The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) will launch Carnival 2024, Carnival…Come Back Home, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at Carnival City, Queen’s Park Savannah. The launch will feature a cultural extravaganza and a star-studded concert.

The cultural extravaganza will get going with a parade of Traditional and Conventional Mas characters and steel pan orchestras along the Drag, through the Carnival City Eastern entrance, and unto the Main Stage before the Grand Stand audience.

The Launch will feature a variety of Carnival elements and will end with a jam-packed concert featuring: Nadia Batson, Nailah Blackman, Skinny Fabulous, Lyrikal, Voice, Massy Trinidad All Stars Steel Orchestra, Ta’zyah O’Connor, BP Renegades Steel Orchestra, Destra Garcia, Mical Teja, Ding Dong, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Band, Brass 2 the World and much more.
