The Tobago arm of the People’s National Movement is still without a leader as both Kelvin Charles and Tracy Davidson-Celestine gathered the most votes in the recently concluded elections but not enough for a decision to be made. The same situation occurred in 2016. There will now be a run-off vote to decide who will lead the party. The decision was made earlier tonight around 7pm.
