TSTT has a new acting CEO, Kent Western, as Lisa Agard has vacated the position, with immediate effect.

A statement from TSTT on Tuesday did not reveal whether Agard’s departure was voluntary or not, however news of her parting ways with the company comes on the heels of TSTT facing widespread criticism over its handling of a recent ransomware cyber-attack.

Meanwhile, Opposition MP Davendranath Tancoo says its simply not enough for Lisa Agard to be replaced as CEO of TSTT following last month’s cybersecurity breach.

MP Tancoo is now calling for the entire Board of Directors at TSTT to tender their resignations, as he alleges “they are part and parcel of the executive that failed to prevent the exposure of customers private data.”
