Forty-year-old DUSTY JOSEPH of St. James man has been granted bail in the sum of $80,000 by a Justice of the Peace after being charged with Malicious Damage and Assault by Beating against a woman. The PH taxi driver was granted bail by JP Stephen Young, on Wednesday 25th January 2023, and is scheduled to appear before a Port of Spain Magistrate on February 28th, 2023. The charges stem from allegations that he took out a cricket bat and hit an 18-year-old woman on her face and lower back.
