PM Weighs In On Closure Of Cambridge Analytica Investigation

By Newsroom

Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley appears to be concerned over the closing of a police investigation which was launched to determine whether Cambridge Analytica was involved  in this country’s 2010 election process through illegal data mining.

Addressing the matter on Wednesday, the Prime Minister posted the following on his Facebook page:

“I presume that the authorities in the British Parliament and the US Congress are delirious and the Trinidad mentioned in all these proceedings is not a real place but a location in a movie on Netflix and all the subject of someone’s imagination.

This is my Cambridge Analytica comment on the closure, in Trinidad, its birthplace, as it remains wide open and troubling in England and America.”

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, in announcing the closure of the investigation, said efforts to contact Christopher Wylie- the man who made the allegations in his book Mind F*ck , had proven futile.
