A man who goes by the alias ‘Preacher’ will appear before an Arima Magistrate on Monday morning, charged with the murder of 46 year old Francis De Four. 

Kevon Matamoro, 35, of Pinto Road, Arima was formally charged with the crime on Saturday, following the advice of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard SC.

De Four, who was last seen on December 7th, was reported missing four days later to the Pinto Police Post.

His  body was never found.
