Republic Bank has responded to complaints from customers who are unable to access its online platform, with the bank explaining it is experiencing some technical difficulties after launching a new online platform.
RBL assures it is seeking to rectify the issues in the shortest possible time-frame, and would provide an update once this issue has been resolved.
See the bank’s full statement which it issued on Monday:
Today we launched our new online banking platform!
However, we are having a few technical difficulties at the moment and as such, you may be having some challenges to log on.
We ask for your patience and understanding at this time, as we seek to rectify the issues in the shortest possible time-frame.
As soon as they are resolved, we would update you and you would be able to enjoy your new online banking experience.
