In a move that is aimed at preserving its supply of its foreign exchange, Republic Bank Limited has announced a new limit for Credit Card spending, from US $12,000 to $10,000.

The bank says this measure will remain in effect until further notice and applies to all transactions conducted outside of Trinidad and Tobago and online transactions for which the billing currency is TT dollars.
