Tobago is reporting 81 new Covid-19 cases in its update today, including six new cases of the Delta variant.

Those who tested positive for the highly contagious strain have no recent travel history, nor are they close contacts of people with recent travel history.

Meantime, the death toll in Tobago has climbed to 116, as two more patients have succumbed to the virus- an 80 year old man and a 65 year old woman.
