Top Cop Offers Condolences After Officer Slain In Morvant

Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith has extended condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of PC Allen Moseley who he lamented died “so violently” on Saturday.

PC Mosely’s body was found shortly after 3am at Old Road in Morvant. According to police reports, mere hours before his killing, Mosely had finished training at the Guard and Emergency Branch.

He suffered gunshot wounds to his head and chest.

Police said the man’s vehicle was discovered a short distance away. 

In a statement on Saturday afternoon, Commissioner Griffith stated, “To the person (s) who carried out this dastardly act, we will use all our resources to find you. We are pursuing certain leads in this investigation. I am sure there is someone out there who saw something.
