Trinidad and Tobago’s own Triniboi Joocie appeared on Episode 5 of the Voice UK over the weekend.

His original and energetic performance of “Bottle Over Head” landed him a spot on team Anne-Marie.

His entry into The Voice UK is an intentional attempt to advance his career and showcase the culture of Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean by extension.

“This is somewhat surreal but I am confident that I will leave a lasting impression on judges Will.i.am., Anne Marie, Sir Tom Jones and Olly Murs as well as the viewing public” says Sorzano.
