“It’s been 23  days since we have had a positive COVID-19 case, which is really “two incubator-periods” in length and we have also had a significantly low level of transmission,” Chief Medical Officer Roshan Parasram said on Monday morning at the Ministry of Health’s virtual media briefing as he explained the rationale of easing the restrictions.
