The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission has established an emergency hotline to assist with the safety of the public during the Carnival season.
“T&TEC encourages persons to call 794-4823 or 794-7264 to report potential safety hazards, especially as they relate to overhead lines and poles. This number provides a direct link to T&TEC for bandleaders, masqueraders, DJs and members of the public who are involved in Carnival.”
The hotline was activated on February 14th and will remain open until 7 a.m. on Wednesday February 26th.
T&TEC’s 24/7 trouble report lines – 800-BULB (2852) and
