Twenty-One Psychologists Offer Free Services, Via Phone, For COVID-19 Trauma.

At least 21 psychologists have agreed to provide free service to people affected in many different ways by the COVID-19 Pandemic.“As a body, we realized that the mental health of our nation’s citizens was being greatly affected and so we wished to be of service,” the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists (TTAP) said in a second outreach, providing resources (see below) after they went live approximately one month ago in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. There are approximately 21 psychologists throughout Trinidad and Tobago, and the USA, whom people can call if they are experiencing emotional distress as a result of COVID-19; at no cost to the caller.
