Members of the United National Congress will vote for a new National Executive in the party’s internal elections on 26th June.
The decision was mad at the party’s Joint Parliamentary Arm and National Congress held on Saturday.
“Given that the National Executive elections are due this year, getting them out of the way at the soonest will put the UNC on a stronger footing not only for this year’s Local Government Elections but in the event of a snap election,” the party said in a statement.
