Fourteen year old Surya Boodan, who was reported missing from her Indian Walk home in Moruga on Sunday, has been found alive. 

The teenager was returned to her parents on Monday, following a collaborative search effort between the Anti Kidnapping Unit of the TTPS, the Hunters Search and Rescue Team and the girl’s family and loved ones. 

“Suraya is currently at the Princes Town Police Station. Thanks all for sharing. It assisted the entire team greatly. We wish Suraya all the best. GOD IS GREAT,” the HSRT said in a Facebook post.
