A San Juan Used Car Dealer, is expected to appear before a Master of the High Court tomorrow, charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle.
According to the TTPS, BRANDON MOHAMMED, 33, of San Juan, was arrested by officers of the Stolen Vehicles Squad while conducting comprehensive investigations into a 2024 report of Larceny Motor Vehicle in the Central Division, involving a white Nissan Frontier motor vehicle.
Investigations resulted in the vehicle, which was bearing false registration plates, being seized by officers of the Stolen Vehicles Squad on February 19th, 2025 in the San Juan district. It was later discovered to be the vehicle which had been reported stolen in 2024.
Mohammed was arrested and charged by PC Greene, of the Stolen Vehicles Squad. Investigations were spearheaded by Snr. Supt. Winston Maharaj, Supt. Pariman, ASP Narine and supervised by Insp. Lazarus, Sgt. Khan and Cpl Fenton.
