WASA says operations at several of its Water Treatment Plants were affected by heavy rain and winds overnight, which has resulted in many people being without water on Friday.

This includes Water Treatment plants in parts of North East, North West and South Trinidad, and the Bloody Bay Plant in Tobago. WASA says it is liasing with T&TEC to have supply restored at these facilities in the shortest possible time.
