The Water and Sewerage Authority, WASA, advises customers in Central and South-West Trinidad who are currently affected by the reduction in production from the Point Lisas Desalination Plant that there has been a delay in the completion of repair works at the facility.

Production at the plant is expected to increase to 36 million gallons per day from today, and should be ramped up to full production of 40 Mgd by tomorrow.
