As mass vaccination efforts continue, Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh has announced that the first Drive through vaccination site will be operationalized in Wallerfield, starting Wednesday.

He was speaking at this morning’s Ministry of Health Covid-19 press briefing.

Another drive through site is also being set up at the Ato Boldon Stadium, by way of a public-private partneship with Proman, which will target industrial workers from Point Lisas before extending to the community.

“We are making it easy for you to access your vaccines,” the Minister said.

As advised by the Minister, the limit will be four people per vehicle.

This week also sees vaccines being administered at all109 healthcare centres in addition to 11 mass vaccination sites.
