Customers who are experiencing a disruption in their water supply in several areas in northern Trinidad are being advised by WASA that this is due to emergency works to clean the screens and trash racks, at the raw water intake, at the Caroni Water Treatment Plant. According to the Authority, this has been exacerbated by recent floods. Work is expected to be completed by 4:00 p.m. today.
